A gynecologist warned of the complications of pelvic floor disorders or urinary incontinence in women.

According to the Mehr news agency , Soodabeh Darvish said: “Unfortunately, women do not go to the doctor or treat too late due to embarrassment and lack of awareness for the treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.”The surgeon and gynecologist said the most common pelvic floor disorders in patients that are suffering from urinary incontinence, pelvic floor tissue because the device Ed loose and no longer able to control urine.Darwish named the most common pelvic floor disorders in patients with stress urinary incontinence, urgent urinary incontinence, prolapse of the uterus, bladder and intestines.

The obstetrician said that the cause of this disease was the incompatibility of the pelvic floor muscles with the brain and said: “These disorders sometimes appear in the form of excessive relaxation and sometimes in the form of abnormal stiffness of the pelvic floor muscles.” As a result, the patient’s normal bowel movements and urination may be impaired and difficult.A faculty member at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences warns patients that pelvic floor disorders, if left untreated, can lead to a number of problems, including long-term bladder discomfort and injury, uterine, bladder or bowel prolapse, urinary incontinence or Stools, chronic constipation, pelvic and abdominal pain .The Fellowship of Pelvic Floor Disorders of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital, noting that there are different types of urinary incontinence, noted: The prevalence of these disorders increases with age in women. Common disorders in patients with pelvic floor disease are seen as stress urinary incontinence and urgent urinary incontinence.
